VETERANS BENEFITS

Veteran’s benefits

Veterans and the Surviving Spouses of Deceased Veterans may be eligible for a pension form the VA to help cover un-reimbursed medical expenses and the costs of in-home care or an Assisted Living facility. We can help identify if you are eligible for this program and assist in the application. Steven E. Hitchcock, Esq. is accredited by the VA and can help you secure these benefits.

NOTICE:
It is important to use an accredited agent while going through the VA process. The VA published a federal rule that all lawyers and representatives who intend to assist claimants for VA benefits in the preparation, presentation, or prosecution of new claims must first become accredited by the VA. To see if a person is accredited, you can use the below link to search a name.

(Note- a onetime agent, such as a family member, does not need to be accredited).
